EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT - VICE PRESIDENT, CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT

Juan Camilo Clavijo is a construction and development executive with over a decade of experience leading residential, multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use projects across the United States and Latin America. He previously served as Vice President of Construction at Double C by Conconcreto, where he was responsible for overseeing the execution and expansion of the firm’s development portfolio.

Mr. Clavijo has led all phases of the development lifecycle, including preconstruction, budgeting, design coordination, permitting, procurement, and construction management. He has managed projects and portfolios exceeding $350 million in capital expenditures, with a focus on cost control, schedule performance, and overall project delivery. A licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida and a civil engineer by training, he works closely with consultants, contractors, and public agencies to ensure efficient execution across complex developments.

Mr. Clavijo holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de los Andes and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito.
